Refund Policy – Profit Tracker

1. Refund Eligibility
Profit Tracker offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
Refund conditions:
- Purchase must have been made within the last 14 days
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@truckingprosoftware.com
2. What Is Refundable
Full refund ($156):
- One-time software purchase
- Includes the initial one-year license and support
Optional maintenance fee ($56/year):
- Maintenance fees are non-refundable
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@truckingprosoftware.com
- Include:
- Your name
- Email address used for purchase
- Order confirmation number
- Brief reason for the refund request
- We will respond within 5 business days
Processing:
- Refunds are processed by Trucking Pro Software
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is issued
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Training or consulting services (if purchased separately)
- Data recovery services (if your data was lost due to your own actions)
- Maintenance fees (non-refundable)
- Multiple licenses (if purchased in error – we can reassign to a different computer instead)
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Software Not Working
If the Software does not work on your Windows computer, we will:
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot the issue
- Offer a workaround or solution if possible
- Refund your purchase if the issue cannot be resolved
5.2 System Incompatibility
If your Windows computer is not compatible with Profit Tracker (e.g., you have Windows 7, which is unsupported), we will offer:
- A refund of your purchase, OR
- A credit to use toward a future purchase
5.3 Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind or decided the Software is not for you, you have 14 days to request a refund with no questions asked.
6. After Year One
After the initial one-year license period, you have the option to:
Option A: Renew for $56/year
- Continue receiving updates and support
- Non-refundable once purchased
Option B: Continue using for free
- The Software continues to run indefinitely
- No updates or support provided
- No refund available
There is no refund option for the free version after year one.
7. Refunds for Defective Software
If the Software has a defect that prevents normal use (crash on startup, cannot open files, etc.), we will:
- Attempt to fix the defect within 10 business days
- If unfixable, offer a full refund
- Alternatively, provide a replacement license at no cost

If you purchased multiple licenses or a business package:

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment method without first contacting us:
- We will respond to the chargeback investigation
- If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your license will be deactivated
- You will not be eligible for future purchases
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension
Please contact us first before disputing a charge. We want to resolve issues directly.
10. International Refunds
For customers outside the United States:
- Refunds are issued in the original currency paid
- Exchange rates and fees may apply
- Processing time may be longer due to international transfers
- Some payment methods may have additional restrictions
11. Refund Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases. Refunds requested before the change date will follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
